After 77 years of independence of India, there is found no fully effective and well organized effort to educate the children of the minority and mostly the backward community specially the girls. Today more than 200 millions of India’s population come from the extremely poor community and vast majority still lacks housing, purified water, medical care, education and employment prospect etc. To uplift these backward communities particularly the girls, Hajji Sk Kazem Ali had been selflessly working hard to serve mankind and to bring about the desired beautiful metamorphosis of the society. His multifarious activities for the welfare of the people irrespective of creed, caste and faith have made him a highly renowned and venerable personality in his milieu. So following his dream and great ideals of life this trust has dedicated itself to the cause of the local people and to those who are helpless downtrodden and deprived.
The Trust organizes seminars, workshops and various welfare programs for helping the local people for helping them to acquire knowledge and expirience about various aspects of education and life. Not only the general people but also the eminent personalities from different places come to encourage them and also take part in those events.

On the 12th February, 2006 this trust established an English Medium School in the name of Tamralipta Public School to educate the children in such a way that they could find themselves globally competent. for fulfilling their need and aspiration this institution was inaugurated by Prof. Sadhan Chandra Roy, Ex-Sheriff of Kolkata Mahanagar. This is aiming at building a modern education centre of excellence by providing value based education of International standard and with a motto to march ahead to build up Tamluk and to translate the local people’s dream of attaining greatness in tune with their glorious past. Tamralipta Public School is affiliated to the Indian School Certificate Examinations and teaches boys and girls from Lower Nursery to class !@ and no doubt every year the results are brilliant.
Higher Education programs:
Tamralipta Institute of Management & Technology (TIMT) was established in the year 2007 by Hajji Sk Kazem Ali under the banner of N.H.K Welfare Foundation. The objective was to create highly professional manpower in various disciplines of engineering and technology keeping in mind the rapid industrial development of the whole country in the context of present globalized environment. As there is no Business Management and Technology Institute within the radius of 30 kilometers of Tamluk the urgency of such an Institution has cropped up in the mind seer, Hajji Sk. Kazem Ali. There is a number of H.S. Schools and the output of such Institutions finds no way to receive Management Education. They are being deprived of the scope of employment as well as participation in our community development project. The Trust not only believes that students become powerful by acquiring sufficient knowledge skills and technological knowledge and also become responsible citizens with ethical values.TIMT started its journey in the year 2007 and one of the most remarkable credits of TIMT is that the students enjoy the facilities of campus placements here and we have the privilege to share that we have tied up with more than 100+ companies and have successfully so far placed more than 1500 students in various fields.
